metadata; the GitHub account describes itself as working on audio research and holds 21 public
repositories. He publishes the trained weights under a separate Hugging Face organization,
ruaccent, and takes donations through a tip link rather than
selling anything.
Everything on the ruaccent page is his work alone: the ONNX model ladder, the accent dictionaries, and the decision to ship a morphological rule engine beside the neural homograph classifier. He publishes no evaluation numbers, which is the main thing that page holds against it.
