The licensing arrangement is why this node exists at all. The press let the full text stay readable on the author’s own site indefinitely, under a copyright line permitting on-screen viewing and forbidding printing. So the hub holds a complete university textbook instead of a chapter sample, and this spoke has a T1 source instead of another blog post.
