Japanese internet company, formed in 2023 by the merger of Z Holdings, Yahoo! Japan and LINE, and owned through A Holdings — a joint venture of SoftBank Group and South Korea's Naver. It operates the LINE messenger and therefore the LINE Official Account platform and its rate card.

It joins meta, apple and Google as this spoke's fourth channel operator, and it is the first that is not American — which is the point of the growth edge that brought it here. The gate design that follows from that (sender-verification) is different from all three.
