Garry Tan
President & CEO of Y Combinator; author of gbrain, which he describes in its README as "the production brain behind my OpenClaw and Hermes deployments."
In this wiki
- Built gbrain to run his own AI agents, then generalized it into an open-source (MIT) "brain layer" for agents — personal and team/company use.
- Frames a 100K-page brain as a strategic moat: "never lose context ... query what's in your own head without re-reading it," kept sharp by a 24/7 "dream cycle."
- Ties the multi-user "company brain" mode to YC's "company-brain" Request for Startups.
