That two-tier open/paid cadence is noted on claude-seo as the spoke's first instance of the pattern.

The Skool funnel is no longer unique to him: zubair-trabzada's geo-seo-claude (routed 2026-08-31) points its repository homepage at a Skool community and names the agency rate its free pack is meant to win. What stays specific here is the two-tier release — members get early access to the same code through a private mirror — where the other author gates only the sales training.

Runs a contributor programme rather than solo development — the v1.9.0 "Hub Challenge" folded in outside work (a semantic cluster engine, an SXO skill, a drift monitor, hreflang and e-commerce additions), which is how a single-maintainer pack reached 25 skills.
