Loqira Labs
The GitHub organization publishing KOT, a single-binary agent harness. Created
2026-07-14, three public repositories, based in Kazakhstan per its profile, contactable at
hello@loqira.tech. Discovered while ingesting KOT on 2026-08-23.
Its stated position is local ownership: "Everyday AI you own, not rent. Runs on your own hardware — no cloud, no frontier API." That sits oddly against its main product. KOT's headline feature is splitting one job across Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Gemini, Grok, Moonshot, ZAI and more at once — hosted frontier APIs, billed per token. Ollama and LM Studio are supported, but the README argues from price differences between vendors, not from running anything locally. Recorded as a tension, not a verdict: a lab can hold a direction it has not shipped yet.
The second repository, dsp-codegen (1 star), describes "a graph-based IR that gives coding agents persistent structural memory and deterministic polyglot codegen with typed contracts at language seams," installable into five agent harnesses. Same theme as KOT — durable structure around a coding agent — approached from the code-representation side. Not ingested; noted here so a later source has a node to attach to.
Nothing beyond the repositories evidences this organization: no team, no funding, no company
registration is stated, and none is assumed here. The v1.0.0 release of KOT was published by the
GitHub account k-kolomeitsev, the only named individual visible; too little to page as a Person.
Documentation ships in English, Russian and Chinese, the Russian README being the longest of the
three.
