Head of Claude Code at Anthropic. Discovered while ingesting anthropic-agent-sdk-billing-pause, where he is the named voice on the economics of the Claude Agent SDK: in April he framed the coming billing change as a structural fix — “our subscriptions weren’t built for the usage patterns of these third-party tools” — citing automated agent harnesses (OpenClaw and the like) that outgrew flat subscription plans, and saying Anthropic is “prioritizing our customers using our products and API… to serve our customers sustainably long-term.”
