In this wiki, the vendor behind NemoClaw — a governance/runtime layer that sandboxes agent harnesses (OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain Deep Agents) inside OpenShell with managed inference. NVIDIA sits in the harness-vendor / runtime-governance stratum alongside microsoft (Scout), Google (adk), langchain, and bytedance — but plays the agent-agnostic governance angle rather than shipping its own harness, the move openclaw-hermes-control-layer frames as the platform vendors claiming the runtime layer.
