Turing Post
The newsletter that published turingpost-13-frameworks (Alyona Vert, 2026-08-09). A thin node: the spoke holds one article, and nothing here establishes editorial policy, funding, or how it selects what it surveys.
That last absence is load-bearing rather than incidental. The survey’s value is its census, and a census is only as good as its inclusion rule — which is unstated, and which is why the article’s omission of Anthropic can’t be read either way. Page kept so the question has somewhere to go if a second Turing Post source arrives.
The hub’s nearest comparable publisher node is machine-learning-wiki’s marktechpost; distinct outlet, same shape of problem.
