University of Turku
Public university in Turku, southwestern Finland, founded 1920 — per Wikipedia (checked 2026-08-30), established on 28 February 1920 as "the gift of a free people to free science," and the successor in place to the Royal Academy of Turku of 1640, which moved to Helsinki in 1827 and became the University of Helsinki.
It is in this corpus as the home of Tero Harju's Department of Mathematics and Statistics, which hosts harju-graph-theory on its own web server — the notes' only publisher, and the reason the text has no licence and no imprint.
This spoke's institutions are almost all American (drexel-university, university-of-chicago, university-of-vermont); Turku is its first Nordic one.
