University of Vermont
The public university in Burlington whose mathematics department employs jim-hefferon, author of hefferon-linear-algebra. Discovered while ingesting that book.
It is the fifth institution in a corpus of five texts, and the one that finally breaks the pattern schoolcraft-college was recorded to name. Harvard, a school of optometry, a community college and a state university have now produced, respectively: terse primary notes that assume a 1950 textbook, an applied Fourier chapter, a self-published text whose author rates his own rigour 5/10, and an award-winning full-proof textbook that asks one semester of calculus. The institution still predicts almost nothing about the text.
