Cyma Forma

A French maker of hardware synthesizers, named (like the cymatics/“cyma” reference) for sound-as-form. In this spoke it is the maker of the cyma-forma-alt — an all-analog soundscape synth with light and microphone sensors (“eyes and ears”), built-in microtuning, and a pin-matrix interface. Sits alongside analogue-solutions at the boutique-hardware end of the spoke, but with a generative/ambient, sensor-driven design rather than a traditional keyboard-synth pitch.
